Inaugural Dunelm Partners Investor Day – September 2025
Dunelm Partners was delighted to hold its first investor day attended by the management teams of its retail-based investee companies and investors. The aim of the day was to allow these teams to showcase their businesses and share ideas, concerns and challenges. This collaboration between our talented managers was particularly meaningful given the array of specific specialised skills amongst the teams and the fact that the companies were at different stages in their life cycle. All the classic issues faced by young entrepreneurs arose. Familiar themes were marketing, overseas sourcing/production and expansion in the UK, EU and US together with strategies for fundraising.
As ever the dominant message that emerged was the quality and commitment of the teams and their determination to work through the numerous challenges facing their companies as they work through from start-up to maturity in a turbulent world.
